Mr. Karim Dhanani is an exceptionally seasoned and dynamic business leader with over 30 years of experience in the global Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) industry. A graduate of the prestigious New York University’s Stern School of Business, Karim began his career in 1983 at AIG, the leading US-based global insurance giant. During his 20-plus year tenure, Mr. Dhanani held a variety of senior roles in the firm’s vast finance, operations, business development, and strategy organizations.

Prior to joining Mindteck, Mr. Dhanani served as a Consultant – Finance at RGP, where he supported enterprise-level financial planning for a major US-based insurance company. He previously held the position of Assistant Vice President – Finance at Assurant, overseeing the corporate segment by providing strategic insights to senior management to support informed decision-making.

Earlier in his career at AIG, Mr. Dhanani held multiple senior leadership roles, including Director – Finance Zone (South), Excellence Director – Operations, and Director – Financial Planning & Analysis. In these roles, he collaborated closely with business partners to deliver customized financial and operational solutions across product lines and customer segments. He also led initiatives focused on customer perception metrics and customer-centric process improvements.

He is known for his deeply authentic and collaborative leadership style and an enduring commitment to transparency and fostering innovation.

Meenaz Dhanani, a Non-Executive Director of Mindteck (India) Limited, serves as President of Mindteck, Inc. He manages the company’s operations in the US and Canada, and also oversees the region’s IT Talent business.

Meenaz is a 30-plus year investment banking veteran with deep knowledge and expertise in international credit, trade and project finance, corporate finance, real estate, private equity, and venture capital investments. Prior to joining Mindteck in 2013, Meenaz headed the investment advisory subsidiary of Bahrain-based TAIB Bank where he managed the firm’s portfolio of US real estate and technology investments. He holds a B.A. from Bernard M. Baruch College, where he majored in Finance and Investment Analysis.

Pradeep K, Vice President – Human Resources, is responsible for the global HR operations, including compensation and benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement. 

Pradeep has over 20 years of experience, including roles at CGI, CSC, RelQ, and Idexcel Technologies.  He is a charter member of Toastmasters International who earned a Bachelor of Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Industrial Relations (IR), and a diploma in Labor Laws from the Indian Institute of Management & Technology, Chennai. He also holds a diploma in Financial Management from the All India Institute of Management Studies, Chennai.

Sathya Raja G., Associate Vice President - Legal and Company Secretary, is responsible for undertaking the company’s legal matters and overseeing its transactions to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. His role also encompasses the preparation and management of documents and communications for the Board of Directors. 

Sathya has more than 11 years of cross-functional experience in corporate secretarial, financial and legal functions. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. He holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College, Bangalore, and earned a Master in Business Administration in Personnel from Madurai Kamaraj University.

Santosh Nandiyath, Chief Financial Officer, leads the financial strategy and operations at Mindteck, ensuring robust financial governance and driving the company towards sustainable growth. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning while collaborating closely with the executive team to align financial goals with the company’s overall strategy.

Santosh is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in financial management and accounting. He has previously held the position of Finance Controller at Mindteck, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and managing audits. His experience includes significant contributions at esteemed organizations such as Deloitte, Ernst & Young (EY), CitiusTech, and Altisource.

Santosh is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University. He has further enhanced his expertise with a Diploma in IFRS and a Certificate in US GAAP from EY.

Jigar Vasani, Vice President – Sales (ROW), Jigar is responsible for strengthening client relationships and overseeing sales performance in the ROW regions, which encompass APAC, India, the Middle East, the UK, and Europe. He actively contributes to strategic sales and business management as a valued member of the company's leadership team.

Jigar is an experienced sales executive with over twenty years of expertise in driving sales expansion across diverse geographical markets, with an emphasis on the embedded and IT sectors.

Before assuming his current role, Jigar held the position of Senior Regional Director at Mindteck and served as Business Unit Head for Smart Embedded Systems and Global Programs at Johnson Controls. In the early stages of his career, he held various positions at Emerson Process Management, Johnson Controls, and worked with System Integrator of Schneider Electric.

Jigar holds a master's degree in marketing and is a instrumentation (automation) engineer by profession.

Satish Kumar, Practice Head – Medical Devices and Analytical Instruments, heads a team that focuses on driving positive outcomes through the development of practical and innovative solutions to support our clients in a highly competitive, challenging and regulated industry.  

Satish is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience with Tier 1 Medical Device OEMs. He has led globally distributed cross-functional teams in Software, Systems Engineering Services and Product Development R&D in the Medical Devices, Healthcare IT, Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals, Digital Healthcare industry segments. He strongly believes in leveraging digital technologies for transforming healthcare delivery and patient experience.

Prior to joining Mindteck in 2021, Satish served as Head, Application Engineering – Digital Healthcare Systems at L&T Technology Services. He was also associated with Capgemini as Director – Product & Engineering Solutions, Healthcare Technologies. From 1998 to 2013, he held multiple roles at Siemens Technology and Services (presently Siemens Healthineers).

Satish holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communication) degree from the University of Mysore, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing) from Symbiosis University.

Saibal Dey, General Manager and head of Semiconductor practice, holds responsibility of business enablement and delivery excellence for Semiconductor Group. He additionally handles delivery of few projects in Medical Devices domain.

Saibal has over 25 years of extensive and varied experience spanning across different domains like Semiconductor, Medical, Analytical and BFSI. He manages business enablement, customer interfacing and project delivery of complex, real-time equipment control software projects for semiconductor capital production, Tool utilities, SEMI FA and custom automation solutions for global semiconductor wafer fabricating end clients. For more than 18 years Saibal has been instrumental in delivering projects all over the globe with remarkable quality.

Saibal earned his Bachelor of Science degree with Physics as major from Kolkata University, India. He is extremely skilled in customer handling and project management.

Manju Reddy, Practice Head – Electronics Design Services, IoT Devices and Smart Energy, leads the team that specializes in Product Engineering Services across verticals. Her expertise lies in managing end-to-end delivery of products for new development, as well as re-engineering and value engineering. She also has rich experience in wired and wireless connected devices.

For over two decades, Manju has led cross-functional teams across the globe and has been influential in growing the product engineering development team with a focus on niche technologies in multi-disciplinary product development which specifically includes analytical, test and measurement instruments, industrial control equipment, medical devices, life sciences, and consumer electronics.  Prior to joining Mindteck, she held multiple roles at Tata Electric, Digital Systems Corporation and United Telecoms Limited.

Manju holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communication) degree from the Bangalore University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mr. Karnendu Raja Pattanaik, Practice Head – Storage, leads the charge in driving innovation and flawless delivery for clients across multiple sites. With extensive hands-on experience in Network Attached Storage (NAS) and Storage Area Networks (SAN), he has honed his expertise through his tenure with top data storage companies.

A seasoned professional with over 20 years of expertise in engineering leadership, operational excellence, and strategic advising, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Gulbarga University and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) from BITS, Pilani.

With a strong focus on global delivery, cost optimization, and business consulting, Mr. Karnendu has played a pivotal role in advancing Indian IT service and product organizations, as well as offshore captives.

Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions at Dell EMC, Mindteck, Wipro, and Axes Technologies, driving innovation and efficiency. He has also contributed significantly to SNIA India, an esteemed industry forum.
