The Challenge
A government education and quality authority needed to digitise its entire institution accreditation process — from an institute's initial application through to final qualification certification. The existing process was manual, slow, and opaque. With over 30 workflow statuses, 20 roles, 25+ approval flows, and dozens of report types, the transformation required both rigorous process engineering and an interface that every stakeholder — from institutions submitting applications to government reviewers — could use intuitively.
