Karen Stark, Senior Vice President – Marketing & Communications, leads global initiatives related to strategic marketing, brand experience, corporate communications, and sales enablement. She also serves on the board of Mindteck, Inc, and Mindteck, Canada.

Karen is a seasoned corporate and marketing communications executive with over 40 years of global industry experience. Prior to joining Mindteck, she was President and Founder of STARK, a New York-based marketing communications company established in 1989. The firm’s roster of high-profile clients included JPMorgan Chase, Bankers Trust, MetLife, The Bank of New York, IBM, as well as a global Middle East-based investment bank, and a US-based national pension fund group. Karen’s earlier advertising agency experience included roles in research, media, creative and account management; clients included Chemical Bank, Hercules/DuPont, and the Zip-Loc brand. She holds a B.A. from Bennington College.
