We initially started Mindteck Academy to help close the IT talent gap for a long-standing client. With success at grooming entry-level software developers for enterprise teams, and seeing continued demand for skilled IT talent, Mindteck Academy launched publically to unlock its potential in fostering careers in technology.

On a rotational basis throughout the year, Mindteck Academy also provides live, instructor-led training online through various partnered relationships. Since 2016, we’ve held two .NET courses and six Java/JEE courses.

Coaching and Mentoring

Our foray into coaching and mentoring began in 2017 with our ‘artisanal’ Java/JEE course. In recent past, consultant who work for a government client received .NET Entity framework and MVC framework mentoring.
Internal Team Training included sessions for Core Java, Intro to Agile-SCRUM, and MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular JS, Node JS) framework.

This was an opportunity of a lifetime. As someone who 'only' has an associate degree and has opted not to unduly burden myself with student loan debt, it has been hard to get my foot in the door anywhere - or even to get my resume evaluated.
